The Story
I started tinkering with computers before I could spell “motherboard.” What began as pulling apart old desktops and figuring out how they worked turned into a deep passion for everything from low-level hardware repair to full-stack infrastructure management. dnaie.com is used as a place for me to sell hardware, help new people, experiment with server hosting and host my projects.
I am known as JustSimplyDnaie on every platform, it is based off a username I made accidentally on a mobile game in 2016. You can google me!
Expertise
My day-to-day spans hardware diagnostics, Linux server administration, virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V), network engineering, and custom tooling development. I build and manage the VM hosting infrastructure that runs SimplyServices, maintain the WooCommerce storefront, and personally handle priority support tickets. If it has a circuit board or an IP address, I’ve probably fixed it.

SimplyServices Tech exists because everyone deserves reliable, transparent tech help. I believe in clear communication, fair pricing, and solutions that last longer than a warranty sticker. Whether you need a laptop screen replaced, a production server spun up, or a custom monitoring dashboard built from scratch, I treat every project like it’s my own gear on the line.
