Service estimates are provided in good faith but are non-binding. The actual cost may vary depending on diagnostic findings. You will be informed of any significant changes before work proceeds. Data liability: While we take every reasonable precaution, SimplyServices Tech is not responsible for data loss during repair or service. You are responsible for backing up all data prior to submitting your device for service.

Response times: We aim to respond to all service requests within 2 hours during operating hours. This is a target, not a guarantee, and may vary during peak demand. Repair turnaround times will be communicated on a per-case basis. Devices left uncollected for more than 60 days after completion of service may be disposed of or recycled at our discretion.

6. VM Hosting Agreements

SimplyServices Tech offers virtual machine (VM) server hosting services. By subscribing to a hosting plan, you agree to the following terms in addition to the general terms outlined in this document:

Uptime target: We target 99.9% uptime for all hosted services, measured on a monthly basis. This target excludes scheduled maintenance windows, which will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. Downtime caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, upstream provider outages, natural disasters) is excluded from uptime calculations.

Acceptable use: You may not use hosting services for any unlawful purpose, distribute malware or spam, host content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or engage in cryptocurrency mining without explicit written authorization. SimplyServices Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting accounts that violate these terms without refund. Data backups: While we perform routine snapshots, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining independent backups of your hosted data. SimplyServices Tech is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software error, or account termination.

7. Shop & WooCommerce Purchases

The SimplyServices Tech online shop is powered by WooCommerce and offers technology products, components, and accessories for purchase. All purchases through dnaie.com are subject to the following terms:

Pricing and availability: All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. SimplyServices Tech reserves the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Product availability is not guaranteed and items may be removed from the shop at any time.

Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. SimplyServices Tech does not directly store credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
