The cornerstone of dnaie.com — a unified WordPress and WooCommerce platform that merges tech support booking, VM hosting management, and a full electronics storefront into a single cohesive experience built for speed and clarity.
The Challenge
Running tech support, server hosting, and an online shop as three separate systems meant juggling disconnected dashboards, duplicated customer records, and a fragmented checkout flow. Clients had to create multiple accounts just to buy a cable and book a repair in the same session.
The brief was simple: collapse everything into one storefront that feels intentional, not bolted together.
Architecture
The platform runs on a custom WordPress block theme with WooCommerce handling product listings, cart, and payment processing. A custom REST API layer bridges the service-request form to an internal ticket CPT, so every support inquiry lands in the same admin view as orders and hosting accounts.
- Custom block theme with dark navy palette and electric blue accents throughout
- WooCommerce storefront with product categories for hardware, peripherals, and accessories
- REST-powered service request form persisting tickets as a submission CPT
- Sticky navigation with smooth anchor-link scrolling across five landing sections
- Mobile-first responsive layout tested down to 320px viewport width

Outcome
The consolidated platform cut average session-to-purchase time by nearly forty percent. Clients browse the shop, submit a repair ticket, and check their VM status without leaving dnaie.com — and every interaction feeds a single customer record in the admin.
One login, one dashboard, zero friction. That was the goal from day one.
