Description

This heatsink is easy to install on any 2280 M.2 SSD. It has great thermal conductivity, and comes with an adhesive thermal pad. Please note that some PC motherboards may already have a heatsink, and thus this product is not necessary.
Includes: 2 rubber bands, Aluminium heatsink, Thermal pad.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION:
1. Remove any stickers from the SSD. THIS MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY: SKIP THIS STEP IF NECCESSARY.
2. Remove protective plastic from one side of the thermal pad. Then, place it onto the exposed side of the SSD, being careful to cover as much of it as possible.
3. Remove protective plastic from the other side of the thermal pad. Then, place the metal heatsink on the pad. If the SSD is not facing upwards, consider using the rubber bands to hold the heatsink down.

Done! You may now install your SSD, knowing that it is much less likely to overheat.
